Wash your hands carefully:

Try a warming socks treatment:
If a person feels the symptoms of cold are occurring he/she should try this treatment for 3-4 days. In this treatment, an individual should have to warm feet for 5–10 minutes in a hot bath or foot soak. After drying them properly, cover the feet with a dry pair of socks and go to bed.
