Pre-construction:
Perform a Bhumi Pooja before starting the construction on any land as it considered a positive commencement and heralds an excellent start to the further actions.
House entrance:
The entrance of house should be facing the east as it the most auspicious direction as it brings positive energy and light into the household or you can also prefer for North East too.
Kitchen location:
You should have to keep in mind that the kitchen should not be in front of the main door of the house. It is a belief that you should cook food while facing the east, so you can build your kitchen in the South-East corner of the house.
Master bedroom:
Mainly the square and rectangular shaped bedrooms are suggested by Vastu experts and they should be positioned at the South West corner of an East-facing home. As the bedroom is a very intimate place that needs a lot of concentration when one is trying to improve its harmony with nature.
Toilet location:
It is one of the most important for the health and wealth of the inmates living there. If it placed in the wrong spot it could lead to major problems such as financial loss, health problems, mental tension and stress etc. So it is suggested that toilet, kitchen and pooja rooms should be attached to each other and they should have to place in the North-West corner of the building or the North-West corner of the rooms or in South East.
